CN Ops Desk is a service brand. The operating entity responsible for any confirmed engagement will be identified in the applicable scope, quote or service agreement.

Requests and scope

Submitting a request does not create an obligation for either party. Services, deliverables, timing, fees and limitations are confirmed separately before work begins.

Responsible use

You must not request unlawful surveillance, improper acquisition of personal information, deception, infringement or any activity prohibited by applicable law. We may decline a request.

Professional referrals

Legal, accounting, tax and other regulated services are delivered by independent qualified professionals. CN Ops Desk is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Information and limitations

Research and verification reduce uncertainty but cannot eliminate business risk or guarantee future conduct. Public records and third-party information can be incomplete or change over time.

Liability

Any engagement-specific liability terms will be stated in the confirmed scope or service agreement. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
